3. AI Communication Consent

By submitting the contact form on our landing pages, you expressly consent to the following:

• An AI-powered assistant may contact you via phone call shortly after your form submission to qualify your inquiry, understand your challenge, and schedule a follow-up conversation with a human team member.
• The AI assistant will identify itself as an AI at the beginning of the call.
• You may opt out of AI-powered calls at any time by contacting us at hi@talogy.com.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Talogy offers SMS communications to individuals who expressly opt in to receive text messages regarding inquiries about Talogy talent assessment solutions. Messages may include inquiry follow-ups, requested information, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and related communications.

• Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
